You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product seal must not be broken (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened or had their seals broken, unless the product is defective.
5. 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
This extended return period begins from the day you receive your order and is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided
- Step 5: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product
7. Return Shipping Costs
If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or we have agreed otherwise.
If the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will include:
- The full product price
- The original delivery cost (if you are returning all items from an order)
For statutory withdrawals, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
If you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.
9. Defective or Damaged Products

- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if possible)
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
10. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or had their seals broken (except if defective)
- Products that show signs of use
- Products returned after the return period has expired
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
11. Order Cancellation

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
